Develop and identify key independent contractor positions to maximize the event experience. Finally, recruit, and contract a qualified and highly motivated team to insure world class execution in event set-up and race day management. Generally, personnel are billed at $250.00 per day plus lodging , travel and meals. In association with event staff/leadership, develop and provide an overall Organizational Chart.
